LCA New Member Profile Instructions

Sign-Up:

 

1. Provide Your Information: You'll be asked to provide information such as your name and email address. Your phone number is optional, will only be used in communication with LCA admins and will NOT be shared with third-parties. Fill in the required fields accurately.

 

2. Review and then select the box agreeing to the terms & and conditions.

 

3. Click on “Submit”.

 

4. Confirm Your Email Address: To finish signing up, confirm your email by entering the 6-digit code that has been sent to the email address you provided during registration. Open your email inbox, find the verification email, and copy the code sent. Enter the 6-digit code and click on “Confirm & Sign Up”.

 

 

Set-Up Your Member Profile:

5. Complete Your Profile: Go to your Member Profile Page, by clicking on “Profile” under your name in the top right corner of the page. Click on “Edit Profile”. Enter your desired display name and optional title. A display name can be your name or a nickname that your care recipients use to address you. Please note, your display name will be visible to others, it’s best to keep it professional.

 

6. On this page, you can also change your account settings and create your profile. You can add a profile picture by clicking on the round image next to your name on top, and also add an “About Me” paragraph. The “About Me” section is optional but could include information about you, for example where you are from, and what length and kind of caregiving experience you have.

 

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete these steps.

 

 

 

You are all set. Remember; your user ID is the email address you have provided.
